Rigathi leads Kenya Kwanza Campaigns onslaught in Narok County

Kenya Kwanza Deputy Presidential candidate, Rigathi Gachagua, is hopeful that the Ruto Administration will revive the economy of the nation, if  he ascend to power after the August polls.

Addressing supporters at Uhuru market in Narok Town, Gachagua blamed President Uhuru Kenyatta and his handshake partner, Raila Odinga, for the tough economic time as many Kenyans cannot afford basic needs.

He affirmed that Kenya Kwanza team is young and energetic to run the nation as compared to their main competitor, whom he alleged is aged to handle issues affecting Kenyans effectively.

Gachagua cautioned aspirants vying under the Kenya Kwanza umbrella against inciting their supporters to hate each other, reminding them that they were from the same team and that only one of them would carry the day.

“We all share the same beliefs and agenda because we are all following our Deputy President William Ruto’s manifesto. There is no need to disagree in the open,” he cautioned.

His sentiments followed a sharp disagreement between the supporters of incumbent Narok Town Ward UDA candidate, Bernard Parsaloi and his close competitor, John Gatua, who is vying on a TSP umbrella, after Gatua was denied a chance to address the crowd.

The two exchanged bitter words in presence of Gachagua, forcing the security personnel to intervene to calm the situation.

Gachagua also drummed up votes for local leaders in the County under the UDA ticket among them Gubernatorial candidate, Patrick Ole Ntutu, Senatorial candidate, Samuel Ole Tunai, Women Representative candidate, Rebecca Tonkei and Narok North Member of Parliament candidate, Kerimpoto Ole Sadera.
