While speaking at a funeral in the Mwingi West constituency, Musila praised the catholic church for its community-based program and promised more support if elected as the next Kitui Governor.

“If elected I will have to source for land and construct a mega public hospital in Kitui County to supplement the existing facilities,” said the former Mwingi West Member of Parliament, as he declared his candidature for the county gubernatorial seat.

He added that he will as well ensure all Health facilities across the county are well equipped with, doctors, medicine, and other necessary equipment needed for provision of health services.
